How to use:
- Select filter words from the list by clicking them (they will turn red)
- Choose whether to scan a single item or check the "All " checkbox
- Click the Scan button to search for your selected filter words
- Results will appear here showing word counts and locations
Select your filter words and click Scan to begin.

A "Filter" is a term in this system that is associated with a list of files.
When you click the Filters Button, you are presented with a list of "filter words". These words are provided, initially, by a template. The words, enable you to narrow the list of files, displayed in the middle section.
The words that are used during the "Scan" feature, will be highlighted in "Red".
You can toggle each word in the list as being "active" or "inactive". In this way you control which words are used when you click the "Scan" button.
After you click the Scan button, you will notice a progress indicator - and this may take some time, depending on how many files we have, and the number of words that were scanned.
On return, from the Scan process, the "middle section" will be populated with the filter word and filename, that matches your "active" filter words.
You can modify the filter list, by using the "Settings" function, located in the Function Cluster of buttons.
