Select a Bucket.

Click Keywords to see a list of associated keywords.

Select a Content Type (cluster of multi-colored buttons).

Click the Items Button to see a list of associated items.

Add or change Buckets or Keyword Lists (settings icon).

Select a Function (cluster of monochromatic icons).

Click INFO MODE for more information.

The "Down Arrow", function, is a function that will allow you to navigate down in the list, beit a Bucket List, Keyword List, or Item list.
If the button is greyed out, then no such navigation is possible, usually when you have already navigated to the bottom of the list.
When the Navigation button is clicked the next entry in the list will be highlighted in Red.
Remember, you have to toggle out of Info Mode, by clicking the multi-colored info mode graphic, in order to run the functions for real.
